DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is offering Interns – All Departments opportunities at its Sarjapur Road hotel in Bengaluru. Supervised internship opportunities for learners to build practical exposure to hotel departments and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Attend hotel orientation and follow internship learning objectives set by supervisors.
Observe departmental routines and assist with appropriate supervised work.
Practise guest communication, professional etiquette and accurate task reporting.
Support culinary, F&B, front office, housekeeping, finance or other assigned teams according to placement.
Follow guest confidentiality, hygiene and workplace safety guidelines.
Record learning progress and seek constructive feedback throughout the placement.
Skills and Experience
Current study, training or other eligibility suitable for the hotel’s internship programme, subject to confirmation.
Interest in hospitality operations and willingness to undertake supervised tasks.
Good communication, adaptability and collaborative attitude.
Ability to comply with training schedules and workplace conduct rules.
