Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is hiring a Bell Boy for its front office / guest services team in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site resort position based in North Malé Atoll. Assists with luggage, guest movements and welcoming service during arrivals, departures and stays.

About This Role

Assists with luggage, guest movements and welcoming service during arrivals, departures and stays. The role supports coordinated service in a premium all-inclusive island resort, with a focus on safety, responsible operations, accuracy and helpful teamwork with colleagues from other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with luggage handling during arrival and departure.

Guide guests to designated areas and support room-direction enquiries.

Coordinate baggage movement with reception and transport colleagues.

Treat luggage and personal belongings carefully and respectfully.

Share basic resort information and refer detailed questions to reception.

Maintain tidy entrance, luggage storage and service equipment areas.

Useful Experience and Skills

Helpful guest-service attitude and polite communication.

Safe manual-handling awareness and care with guest property.

Ability to follow front-office instructions and routines.

Punctuality, discretion and teamwork.
