Key Responsibilities

Greet arriving guests courteously and assist with check-in and check-out steps.

Handle guest enquiries, telephone calls and routine requests promptly and accurately.

Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other hotel departments.

Keep reservation, registration and guest communication records organised.

Follow guest privacy, safety, payment and service procedures.

Assist with service recovery by directing concerns to the appropriate colleague.

Relevant Skills and Experience

Guest-facing hospitality or reception experience is useful.

Comfort with front-office systems and accurate record keeping.
