Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into customers. If you are fluent in Punjabi, have a strong sales acumen, and possess excellent convincing skills, we want to hear from you.

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand per month

Essential Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls daily to prospective customers from a provided database.
• Sales Pitching: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients using effective sales techniques.
• Lead Conversion: Understand customer needs, handle objections professionally, and close sales to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales statuses in the CRM system.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Outbound Calling or Telesales.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) completed.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory (both speaking and listening) with good sales communication.
• Core Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong convincing/negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a BPO Voice Process or an outbound call center environment.

₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
