Diligence Certifications is a growing organization providing certification, inspection, and regulatory compliance services across various industries. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Operations Interns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team with daily operational activities and project coordination.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain technical documents, reports, and project records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in reviewing technical documents and maintaining records related to certification and regulatory compliance.
• Track project progress, update status reports, and communicate updates to the reporting manager.
• Support documentation, data entry, and record management activities.
• Help identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication, project status, and operational activities.
• Learn about certification procedures, technical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
