Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Bills, Purchase Bills, and E-Way Bills.
- Prepare invoices and delivery challans as per company requirements.
- Verify customer details, GST numbers, product descriptions, quantities, and rates before billing.
- Maintain accurate billing records and update data in the billing software.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth billing operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and related records.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and invoice-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with GST requirements and applicable billing procedures.
