Qualification

• B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university/institution.
• Qualification as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) norms.
• Strong academic background with good communication and teaching skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized Nursing College.
• Experience in clinical training, student mentoring, and academic activities is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing theory and practical classes effectively.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct and supervise clinical postings and practical sessions.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and clinical activities.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and departmental activities.
• Assist in curriculum implementation and academic development activities.
• Maintain student academic records and support quality assurance initiatives.
