Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during clinical procedures, and maintain clinical safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor patients before and after clinical procedures.
• Assist doctors during hair transplantation, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, medical instruments, and equipment.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
• Explain pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to patients.
• Maintain medical supplies and ensure the availability of necessary clinical equipment.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with relevant experience.
• RNRM (Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife) registration is compulsory.

Experience

• Relevant nursing experience is preferred.
• Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, hair transplantation, or aesthetic clinics will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good patient-care and communication skills.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures and infection control.
• Ability to assist doctors during clinical procedures.
• Strong attention to hygiene and patient safety.
• Teamwork, discipline, and a professional approach.
