Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive (Secondary Sales) to drive dealer and distributor sales, expand market presence, and manage territory operations across Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow secondary sales through dealers and distributors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing dealer network
• Drive market development and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly/quarterly secondary sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in secondary/channel/dealer sales, preferably in the Lighting, LED, or Electrical industry
• Existing dealer/distributor relationships in Surat preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Willingness to travel across Surat territory
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
