Account Executive – Finance \& Purchase

- Handle vendor payments, customer receipts, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices for construction materials.
- Coordinate material purchases and delivery schedules with site teams.
- Maintain purchase, stock, and expense records.
- Verify supplier bills against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and support audits.
- Coordinate with accounts, vendors, and project teams for smooth operations.
- Pay
