Telecaller – Hospital Services

• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling and follow-up.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries politely and professionally.
• Provide information about hospital departments, doctors, consultation timings, and available services.
• Confirm appointments and remind patients about scheduled consultations..
• Coordinate with the Front Office, OPD, Marketing, and concerned departments for patient requirements.
• Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate authority.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and applicable data privacy requirements.
