Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales \& Marketing Executive – B2B Electronics to develop new business opportunities, manage B2B clients, and drive sales through effective marketing and customer relationship-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the electronics market.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and market research.
• Visit dealers, distributors, retailers and potential business customers.
• Promote and explain electronic products to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and B2B customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, orders and payments.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer support.
• Maintain records of sales activities, leads and customer interactions.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills

• 0 –3 years of experience in B2B Sales \& Marketing, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Good understanding of electronics products and B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and convincing skills.
• Good client relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
• Experience handling dealers, distributors or business clients will be an added advantage.
