Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle emails, inquiries, and general correspondence.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with documentation, filing, and other office tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle responsibilities efficiently.

Educational Qualification

• Any Degree / Diploma preferred.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in front office or administration is an added advantage.
