A reputed perfume shop / perfume brand at Vellayambalam, Trivandrum is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to handle store sales, outdoor sales, and client meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and increase in-store sales
• Handle outdoor / field sales activities
• Conduct and attend sales meetings
• Develop new business opportunities and tie-ups
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Achieve sales targets and maintain records

Requirements

• Experience in retail and outdoor/field sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence to handle meetings independently
• Leadership and team-handling skills
• Willingness to travel locally
