Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Digital \& Flex Printing Unit Operator to manage daily printing operations, ensure print quality, handle printing machines, and complete customer orders within the specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing and flex printing machines efficiently.
• Handle printing jobs such as visiting cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, flex boards, stickers, and other printing materials.
• Prepare files for printing and check artwork, sizes, colours, and print settings before production.
• Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, and machine performance.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage printing materials, including paper, flex media, vinyl, and ink.
• Coordinate with the design team and production manager to complete jobs on time.
• Ensure proper handling, finishing, and packing of printed materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the printing unit.
• Minimise material wastage and avoid printing errors.
• Keep records of completed jobs and report machine issues promptly.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Previous experience in digital and flex printing operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital printing machines, flex printers, and printing materials.
• Basic knowledge of print settings, file formats, sizes, and colour management.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic printing and machine issues.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to print quality.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.

Experience

• Experienced candidates preferred.
• Freshers with a technical background and willingness to learn may also apply

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
