Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service \& Installation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for product installation, after-sales service, maintenance support, warranty handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and quality service execution.

Key Responsibilities

Install products at customer locations as per company standards

Provide repair, maintenance, and technical support services

Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests

Collect customer confirmations and feedback after service completion

Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support

Skills Required

Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge

Ability to travel for site visits and installations

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Qualification

ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Mechanical)

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
