Assistant Finance & Audit Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and verify financial transactions across branches.
• Check sales, purchase, expense, payment and receipt entries.
• Verify invoices, vouchers, bills and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, cash, ledger and account reconciliations.
• Monitor branch-wise financial records and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and monthly statements.
• Check compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with branch accounts teams and external auditors.
• Identify financial irregularities and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate audit records and submit reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel to branches when required.

Pay

₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
