Kalappa Farmers Market is looking for an experienced and skilled Cook who can prepare exceptionally tasty food across South Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, strong culinary skills, and the ability to maintain consistent taste and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of South Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes.
• Ensure excellent taste, food quality, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Handle ingredients and ensure proper food storage.
• Prepare food efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience.
• Experience in South Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
• Must be capable of preparing exceptionally tasty food.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
