Sales Executive & Cashier

Role Purpose: To acquire, service, and manage customers by promoting banking and financial products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Mutual Funds, Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and other investment solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), SIPs, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products.
• Generate leads through customer interactions, referrals, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Assist customers with account opening, KYC documentation, and product onboarding.
• Follow up on policy renewals, investment maturity, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of banking, investment, and insurance products.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer-centric approach and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Mutual Fund, or Financial Services preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay

₹23,200.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
