Job Description – In-Shop Promoter (ISP) Job Title: In-Shop Promoter (ISP) Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Consumer Appliances & Consumer Electronics Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Net Salary) Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, including at least 1 year with relevant brands Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred) Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, customer-focused In-Shop Promoters to promote consumer appliances and electronics at retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating products, assisting customers, driving sales, achieving targets, and maintaining brand visibility within the store. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage walk-in customers to understand their needs. Explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs). Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchase decisions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain product displays, stock availability, and display-area cleanliness. Promote new product launches, offers, and in-store campaigns. Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Maintain good relationships with store staff and management. Share regular sales reports and customer feedback with the Sales/Area Manager. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience. At least 1 year of experience working with the relevant preferred brands. Experience in consumer appliances or consumer electronics is mandatory. Good communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills. Strong product demonstration, presentation, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused. Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
