🚀 WE ARE HIRING – PAYTM Position: Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive (FSE) 📍 Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra 🏢 Company: Paytm 💼 Department: Loan Sales & Financial Products 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesCandidates will be responsible for sales and customer acquisition for the following financial products: Personal Loan Sales: Generate leads and assist customers with personal loan applications. SIP (Systematic Investment Plan): Generate customer leads and explain eligible investment products as per company guidelines. Term Insurance: Identify customer requirements and assist with term insurance product enquiries. Paytm Postpaid: Promote Paytm Postpaid services to eligible customers as per company policy. Conduct field visits and meet daily sales targets. Build strong relationships with merchants and customers. Follow up on leads and maintain daily sales reports. Achieve monthly business targets and maintain customer service standards. ✅ Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of sales experience preferred. Experience in field sales, fintech, banking, loans or insurance will be an advantage. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates.
