We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions. This is a pure support role with no sales or targets. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly Maintain customer records and update systems Ensure a positive customer experience Shift Details: Rotational shifts No night shift for female employees Limited night shifts for male employees (very minimal) Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus) Basic computer knowledge Customer-friendly attitude HS Can Apply
