Job Description: Production Supervisor – Modular FurnitureLocation: Faridabad, Haryana Experience: 3–7 Years Job Summary: Responsible for managing daily factory production of modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and customized furniture while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and minimum material wastage. Key Responsibilities: Plan and supervise daily production activities. Manage workers, machine operations, and material utilization. Read AutoCAD drawings and production drawings. Ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy. Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and installation teams. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order completion. Maintain daily production and manpower reports. Ensure factory safety, discipline, and housekeeping. Required Skills: Knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing and materials. Understanding of AutoCAD drawings. Experience with CNC, cutting, edge banding, and assembly. Strong manpower management and problem-solving skills. Performance Targets: Timely production, high-quality output, minimum wastage, cost control, and on-time dispatch.
