Senior Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Collections & Debt Recovery (DRA Certified) 📍 Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru 💼 Job Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 + Performance Incentives Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Team Leader / Assistant Manager to handle and drive a team of telecallers for Collections & Recovery. The role requires strong leadership, target focus, and hands-on team management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of telecallers & field executive Having proven experience of handling collection and team at Agency Level. Managing agency operation, billing & revenue at portfolio level. Monitor daily calling, visits and collections performance. Ensure both team achieves monthly recovery targets Guide team on negotiation and difficult cases. Track DPD buckets and improve recovery rate. Coordinate with field team, tracking visits and maintaining reports.
