Core Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet vehicle owners, listen to accident details, explain repair steps, and share regular progress updates. Damage Inspection & Estimating: Inspect wrecked or dented cars, list broken parts, and create accurate cost and labor sheets. Insurance Coordination: Work with insurance surveyors, submit claim papers, and get approval for repair estimates. Parts & Workflow Management: Order required spare parts, check inventory, and assign tasks to denting, painting, and mechanical teams. Vehicle Delivery: Inspect the finished car for quality, prepare final bills, and walk the customer through the completed work.
