Junior Accountant

Job Description – Accounts Executive Industry: Sweets Manufacturing & Retail Department: Accounts & Finance Job Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in financial reporting and statutory compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers. Handle cash, bank transactions, bank reconciliation, and vendor/customer account reconciliation. Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, expense records, and other financial documents. Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments. Coordinate with stores, sales outlets, and other departments for billing, stock, and accounting discrepancies. Assist in monthly closing, financial reports, and audit-related documentation. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records. Work on Tally/ERP software and MS Excel for accounting and reporting. Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification. 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting. Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting principles. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food retail, or multi-outlet businesses will be preferred.
