Job Description – Picker Packer (Retail) Company: Baniya Ki Dukaan Private Limited (BKD) Job Title: Picker Packer Department: Store Operations / Retail Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities (काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ)Customer orders के according store/warehouse से सही products pick करना। Products की packing carefully करना ताकि सामान damage न हो। Product quantity, name, barcode और expiry date को check करना। Stock को व्यवस्थित रखना और products को सही जगह पर arrange करना। Billing/order list के according items की checking करना। Grocery, FMCG और daily-use products की handling करना। Store की cleanliness और safety का ध्यान रखना। जरूरत पड़ने पर loading, unloading और stock arrangement में support करना। Required Skills (जरूरी योग्यताएँ)Basic reading और counting skills होनी चाहिए। मेहनती, punctual और responsible होना चाहिए। Team के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता। Retail store या warehouse का experience preferred; freshers can also apply. Products की सही पहचान और fast working ability. Job Requirements Qualification: 8th / 10th Pass or above.
