Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions. Handle counter sales and achieve assigned sales targets. Manage billing, cash/payment transactions, and maintain accuracy. Maintain proper product display and ensure shelves/racks are well organized. Handle basic store inventory and stock management . Check stock availability and coordinate for replenishment. Assist in receiving, counting, and arranging new stock. Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
