Key Responsibilities· Identify and approach manufacturing companies, MSMEs, and corporate clients. Build and maintain relationships with company owners, HR managers, and industry representatives. Promote technical training programs and corporate skill development services. Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and industrial visits. Support industry collaborations and CSR-funded skill development initiatives. Achieve business development targets and prepare regular progress reports. Required Skills· Business development and B2B sales · Corporate communication and client relationship management · Lead generation and follow-up · Negotiation and presentation skills · Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication · Good verbal and written communication skills Candidate Profile· 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or corporate relations. Ability to communicate professionally with corporate clients. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industrial visits.
