Customer Support Executive

Hiring: Order Management & Customer Support Executive – Fab Decor We are looking for a responsible and organised person to manage customer orders and communication. Responsibilities: Receive and record all customer orders accurately. Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp queries. Provide product and stock availability information. Update customers on order status and dispatch. Coordinate with the sales, stock and dispatch teams. Follow up on pending orders and customer complaints. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi. Basic English and computer knowledge. Experience in order processing or customer support preferred.
