Identify and connect with potential clients involved in motor vehicle accident cases. Explain the MACT claim process and guide clients regarding the required documentation. Collect and verify relevant documents, including FIR, MLC, medical records, bills, insurance details, and other supporting papers. Coordinate with clients, advocates, hospitals, police authorities, and insurance companies as required. Maintain proper records of cases, client details, documents, and case status. Follow up on pending documentation, hearings, settlements, and claim proceedings. Assist in preparing and submitting case-related documents in coordination with the legal team. Provide regular updates to clients regarding their case progress. Maintain client confidentiality and ensure professional communication. Develop and maintain a network of relevant contacts for case referrals.
