Location: Ludhiana Salary: Up to ₹12,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to parents, clients, and potential customers. Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally. Explain the centre's services, programs, and appointment procedures. Follow up with leads and interested clients. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Make regular follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Handle customer concerns politely and escalate important matters to seniors when required. Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with parents/clients. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi ; basic English communication preferred. Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to maintain call records and follow-up details. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, or counselling experience will be preferred. Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
