Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Pune Company: Varthana Finance Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 3–8 Years Industry: NBFC / BFSI Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth through DSA/channel partnerships for LAP, Mortgage Loans, and School/Education Institution Financing. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs and channel partners. Drive monthly disbursement targets and business growth. Build strong relationships with existing and new partners. Monitor sales pipelines, login-to-disbursement conversion, and business performance. Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams. Conduct field visits, partner meetings, and market analysis. Requirements: 3–8 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sales. Experience in LAP, Mortgage Loans, or School/Education Financing. Strong DSA/channel sales and relationship management experience. Good knowledge of local markets and credit documentation. Willingness to travel extensively (70–80%). Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
