Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, documentation, and record maintenance. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and the ability to maintain accurate information and complete tasks on time. (We are looking a person who has experienced in Cyber Caffe) Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage documents, reports,and records. Operate computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment. Printing And Printer Operating Knowledge. Maintain digital and physical files systematically. Handle emails and basic office communication. Prepare reports using MS Word, MS Excel, and other office applications. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Identify and report basic computer or software issues. Support other departments with administrative and computer-related tasks. Ensure data accuracy and complete assigned work within deadlines. Required Skills Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email applications. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of internet browsing and office software. Educational Qualification Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred. Basic computer course or certificate is an advantage.
