Recruit, guide, and manage insurance advisors. Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance. Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads. Monitor team performance and support business growth. Ideal Candidate Profile: Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant sales or insurance experience. Strong communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills. Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow professionally. Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, as per skills and experience. Incentives: ₹90,000+ based on performance.
