Handle sales inquiries, conduct telecalling, follow up on web/channel leads, and manage walk-in clients.Guide clients through site visits, explain project layouts, pricing, and amenities, and match properties to client needs. Present offers, negotiate deal terms with buyers and sellers, and guide clients from booking all the way to final agreement and registration. Maintain client records using CRM tools, manage channel partner/broker networks, and provide after-sales assistance.
