Architect

Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings. Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings. Create and review 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings. Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, local regulations, and safety standards. Assist in material selection, space planning, and design development. Incorporate client feedback and revise drawings as required. Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and schedules. Support project execution from concept development to completion.
