About Klickon Digital Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

Klickon is building a healthcare platform connecting patients and families with qualified healthcare professionals for convenient home-based medical care. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated freelance nurses to provide nursing services at patients' homes across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients at home.
• Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections within professional scope and applicable protocols.
• Perform wound dressing and other nursing procedures as per clinical instructions.
• Provide post-operative care and support for elderly, bedridden, and recovering patients.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and report changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and caregivers about basic care and hygiene.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council is mandatory.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to practise nursing in their service location.
• Good communication and patient-care skills.
• Willingness to provide home visits in the candidate's own city or service area.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to role requirements.

Work Arrangement

• Freelance engagement; not a full-time salaried position.
• Part-time work with flexible availability.
• Home visits assigned according to patient bookings and location.
• Payment per completed visit or assignment, as agreed.
• Opportunities across India, subject to service availability in each city.
