About the Role
We are looking for a business developement executive with good English communication skills to handle client calls, follow-ups, and maintain customer records.
Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to clients.
Convert leads into sales.
Follow up with clients and maintain good relationships.
Answer basic queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain call records and client details in MS Excel.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred).
Minimum 1.5 years of telecalling/BPO experience.
Good spoken English is a must.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Hindi and Marathi are an advantage.
Candidates based in Mumbai, preferably the Eastern Suburbs, are preferred.
Salary
As per experience and depend on previous salary.
