Assistant Fashion Designer

We are looking for a creative, organized, and customer-friendly Assistant Fashion Designer to join our boutique team. The role involves a mix of fashion designing, client management, and day-to-day boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Handle client consultations, understand requirements, assist with fabric and design selection, and manage fittings and follow-ups.

Fashion Designing

Assist in creating designs, suggesting styles, taking measurements, and coordinating with tailors to ensure quality.

Boutique Operations

Manage orders, track production progress, coordinate with staff, and ensure timely deliveries.

Quality Control

Check garment finishing, fitting, and overall quality before delivery.

Customer Experience

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Fashion Design preferred.

Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and current fashion trends.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to take ownership of daily boutique activities.

Freshers with good practical knowledge are welcome.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
