Program Management Intern – Clinical Hiring

What you'll do :-

Support end-to-end hiring for Doctors & Therapists

Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, healthcare networks, colleges, hospitals, etc.

Conduct candidate outreach, screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination

Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines

Track interviews, offers, and joining status

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of candidates through the hiring process

Location - Indiranagar, Bangalore

Work Schedule - 6-day work week

Stipend - ₹20,000/month

What we're looking for : -

Psychology background preferred (BA/MA/MSc Psychology or related fields)

Candidates from other relevant backgrounds with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills may also be considered.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals

Comfortable taking ownership of tasks

Good with Excel / Google Sheets / Airtable

Proactive, ownership-driven, and eager to learn

Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory

Pay

₹20,000.00 per month

This is a full-time, six-month internship in Bangalore with a stipend of ₹20,000 per month. Are you comfortable with these terms? Yes / No (Only if yes, than apply)
