Key Responsibilities

Plan daily room and area cleaning assignments with housekeeping colleagues.

Inspect cleaned rooms for presentation, replenishment and maintenance issues.

Coordinate room status and priority guest requests with front office.

Track linen, amenities, consumables and cleaning equipment usage.

Coach attendants on safe cleaning, guest privacy and quality standards.

Document inspections, report faults and support timely issue resolution.

Skills and Experience

Hotel housekeeping operations experience and room-inspection awareness.

Understanding of cleaning safety, linen control and guest privacy.

Strong task coordination and attention to room presentation.

Clear communication with attendants and other hotel teams.
