Team Leader – F&B Service

Role details

Vivanta Ekta Nagar, Statue of Unity is hiring Team Leader – F&B Service for an on-site, full-time position in Ekta Nagar, Narmada district, Gujarat, close to the Statue of Unity. Supervise food and beverage service colleagues and daily outlet readiness while supporting welcoming dining experiences at Mynt, Swirl, in-room dining and hotel events as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Organise service briefings, staffing assignments and shift readiness in assigned outlets.

Guide associates on greeting guests, menu knowledge, order-taking and table service.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen to support accurate, timely food delivery.

Monitor hygiene, table presentation, stock replenishment and service equipment.

Respond professionally to guest requests, dietary questions and service concerns.

Support bill accuracy, responsible cash handling and standard closing procedures.

Assist with group dining, functions and changing business volumes.

Coach service team members and share feedback with departmental managers.

Skills and Relevant Experience

Prior experience in hotel restaurant, café, banquet or food and beverage operations.

Ability to lead shifts, prioritise tasks and maintain consistent service standards.

Basic knowledge of food safety, menu communication and billing processes.

Strong guest interaction, teamwork and practical problem-solving skills.

Guest-focused communication, professional integrity and willingness to collaborate with diverse colleagues.

Ability to work an on-site, full-time hospitality schedule as determined by hotel operations.
