Electrician

Electricians install, maintain, repair, and test electrical power, lighting, communication, and control systems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

• Reading Technical Plans: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan system layouts and locate outlets, switches, and panels.
• Installation \& Assembly: Install new wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, transformers, lighting fixtures, and electrical appliances.
• Troubleshooting \& Diagnostics: Identify electrical malfunctions using testing devices like voltmeters and ammeters.
• Repair \& Replacement: Fix or replace damaged wires, faulty switches, broken breakers, and worn-out electrical components.
• Safety \& Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and national electrical standards.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections of electrical panels, motors, and machinery to prevent breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Apprentice: Reads basic diagrams, runs conduit, and performs installations under the supervision of a licensed professional.
• Journeyman: Works independently to repair systems, inspect facilities, and supervise apprentices.
• Master Electrician: Designs complex electrical layouts, manages projects, ensures full code compliance, and mentors team members

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
