Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the gold buying store.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the gold-buying process.
• Evaluate gold jewellery based on weight, purity, and applicable valuation procedures.
• Explain gold rates, valuation, and payment details transparently to customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
• Perform basic calculations accurately and maintain transaction records.
• Verify customer documents and complete required documentation as per company policy.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, gold buying, jewellery sales, or customer handling.
• Experience in a gold buying store or jewellery showroom will be preferred.
• Good communication, calculation, and customer-handling skills.
• Honest, responsible, presentable, and customer-friendly.
• Basic knowledge of gold purity, weight, and valuation will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working at Gurugram, Manesar, or Rewari.
• Willing to work rotational weekly offs.
