Key Responsibilities – Area Sales Manager

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
• Lead, motivate, and manage Medical Representatives to achieve team targets.
• Develop strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint working with the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor team performance, DCRs, sales reports, and outstanding payments.
• Ensure effective product promotion and implementation of company strategies.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
