Head Caretaker (CareGiver)

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and roster the team of attendants and nurses
• Support hiring and onboarding of attendants during the early growth phase
• Create and implement SOPs, checklists, and training material for attendants
• Ensure quality and consistency of care delivered at client homes
• Handle client and family escalations, feedback, and care reviews
• Work directly with the founder on service standards and team expansion

Requirements

• Nursing background is compulsory
• Proven experience managing attendants and nursing staff
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to build processes and documentation from scratch
• Empathetic, patient, and dependable approach towards elderly care
