STAFF NURSE -NURSING CARE (24x7)

• Provide hands-on nursing care at home as per the prescribed care plan and the treating doctor's instructions .
• Monitor vital signs, observe changes in health and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Administer prescribed medication and perform authorised nursing procedures within your professional scope
• Provide wound care, skin care and pressure-injury prevention, and ensure safe positioning and transfers
• Support clients with limited mobility and daily activities within nursing responsibilities
• Follow infection-control protocols and maintain a clean, safe care environment
• Care for clients with common age-related conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's, delirium, stroke, Parkinson's, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, falls, incontinence, swallowing difficulties and pressure injuries
• Use calm communication, reassurance, redirection and familiar routines to support clients with dementia and reduce distress
• Recognise sudden changes in mental status or physical condition, and escalate emergencies promptly to the treating doctor or emergency services
• Hand over shifts properly and update the family and coordination team on relevant changes
• Respect each client's dignity, privacy and safety
• During our launch phase, support care coordination, client onboarding and safe care routines, guide GDAs on appropriate care practices, and support Care Guide activities when needed, without compromising clinical duties.
• Until our nursing service launches, carry out GDA (General Duty Assistant) activities such as personal care, mobility support and companionship at client homes.

What we're looking for

• Recognised GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification (mandatory)
• Valid registration with the relevant State Nursing Council (mandatory)
• Practical hands-on clinical nursing experience (mandatory)
• Experience in hospital nursing, home nursing, ICU, medical-surgical nursing or geriatric care (preferred)
• Sound knowledge of patient assessment, vital signs, nursing procedures, infection control and emergency response
• Ability to handle elderly clients with complex care needs
• Good communication, patience, reliability and a respectful approach
• Comfortable with rostered shifts, including night shifts
• Willing to complete background verification (identity, criminal record, education, employment and references)

Shifts

Rostered shifts at client homes as part of a 24×7 nursing team. Between assignments, you'll be based at our office.

Travel

Travel to and from client homes is at your own cost.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
