Transport Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Transport Executive to manage daily transportation operations, vehicle maintenance, driver availability, and fleet management. The candidate must have a strong pool of truck drivers and ensure smooth transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, driver documents, and transportation activities.
• Plan and monitor vehicle schedules, routes, pickups, and deliveries.
• Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
• Hire, onboard, and maintain a strong pool of drivers for EVs and 14-ft, 17-ft, and 22-ft trucks.
• Ensure the regular availability of drivers to meet daily operational requirements.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles remain in good working condition.
• Monitor vehiclecrs, spare parts, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with workshops, vendors, drivers, warehouses, and clients.
• Negotiate vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing rates to control costs.
• Supervise all vehicle maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of repairs.

Requirements

• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or a related field.
• Must have an established pool of truck drivers for EVs and 14-ft, 17-ft, and 22-ft vehicles.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, driver management, and fleet operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and ensure smooth daily transportation operations.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
