About the Role

Adiona Travels is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records using MS Excel.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment-related communication.
• Support HR documentation and daily HR operations.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Comfortable conducting telephonic interviews.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
